The Longhouse Experience is a 8 hour long session that takes guests on a tour around the farm and the Longhouse. You'll get to gather herbs from the garden or milk a cow, all of which will contribute towards a group working session, where everyone will participate in the preparation of lunch. The menus will reflect a strong sense of eating with the seasons.
